Delivered Damaged Mobile
, I am D. Ponraj who have bought a mobile (IKALL K5310) in Shop Clues Dated as on 09th March 2018. I started using this mobile after getting in hand but the mobile is not working properly so, I have contacted service centre for enquiry and told battery is not in good condition and have requested me to change the battery. So, I have changed and after changing the battery I have been facing the same Issues. I contacted the service centre again for enquiry dated as on 26.04.2018 and they told that service can’t be done since the mobile is in very bad condition and no use in servicing the mobile. Totally Worst Product.
