ikasystems is worst company and worst management

Ikasystems is the worst company i have ever worked dso far. Headless manager , headless director does not know what is the people productivity.They are not even ready to discuss also. They have the worst manager and worst director to manage people.
Those people should be fired first.Then company can survive. God bless .
