Did not rec. item, put on hold 30 min. when trying to reach customer service.

I ordered a passport door opener over the phone on March 7th from Ikeyless and was told it would be shipped out the next day. I haven't received the item but my account has been debited for $74.90. When I called customer service, I was put on hold for 30 minutes and finally gave up. When I placed the order, a confirmation was not given, which should have been a red flag. After reading the complaints regarding Ikeyless business practices, I want a full refund but am unable to get through.

Condition of items, no customer service

Yes, I did get a refund---but who in the world would ever use an 'in store credit' after having so many problems?!!!

deceptive sales practices

It should be noted that while PJClark had some issues with their order we did everything we could to resolve them. We eventually ended up issuing them a full refund, and a $30.00 in-store credit.
