Paul on the website chat was condescending and rude when dealing with with my issue. The remote came and was not as advertised. Instead of attempting to remedy the issue he provided the worst customer service I've had in years. I will be filing complaints with the BBB as well as Yelp, sending an email to the company and anyone else who will listen, completely unsatisfactory.

I ordered a key from the company, I tried calling the company no one answers. Payment has been collected. I just want my key or a refund. Don't do business with ikeyless horrible customer services

Attempted to get a keyless entry replacement for my Subaru with these guys and found one that was smaller than the others I was seeing, so I ordered it. It came, was the wrong one, and the instructions were far more complex than initially indicated.

I called, they informed me it was a "clone", and that I could return it, though I'd have to pay for shipping despite the fact that it wasn't what I'd ordered.

Fast forward three weeks and numerous unreturned calls and emails; they agreed to pay for shipping back. Then when I checked my card refund, they deducted the shipping costs from my refund, telling me (when I emailed) they wouldn't refund the amount I was legally entitled to because it "wasn't defective". Eventually I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get the refund I was entitled to back.

Long and short: falsely advertised product, lied about return costs, and attempted to surreptitiously steal from my refund without informing me. Recommendation: AVOID WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I bought a remote for my car from this company and they sent me a scratched up remote, probably bought of Ebay for $15. They sold it to me for $100. The instructions were not complete either so I couldn't get it to work..

Do not buy from this company, they are a total scam. They probably buy their stuff of Ebay for much less and re-sell it to you for 3-5 times the price they bought it for.

They do not answer my emails or my phone calls. I'm in the middle of the claim procedure with my bank.

BUYER BEWARE Terrible company with bad customer service. We ordered what we thought was a new key fob and 2 and a half weeks later no key fob. When we called the company they told us the item has not been shipped yet. We asked to cancel our order and were told we would get a full refund. Two days later the USED key shows up after it was supposedly canceled. I mail it back on my own dime and later receive a refund minus their shipping and handling charges. We bought 2 BRAND NEW fobs with keys that were laser cut and programmed from the dealership for less than this one used key from a business with bad ethics!
