My ex company I worked for 1year 2months they dismissed me on february 2017 so my problem I went 2 dept of labour to apply for uif they give me documents to give 2 my employer to email my u19 form to the dept of labour since my ex employer refuse to give it to my personal so its been three months now going up and down to DPT they said they ddnt receive any u19 form from my ex employer when I fone them they always tell me they a busy I fone this number hopping to get help but nothing 0800843843 and at DPT they said they cant help me.... plz help or advise I desparete
