It is hereby submitted that I am the citizen of Pakistan, Last day 22-07-2019, I personally along with my family visited the Passport office of Rajanpur. There I faced a lot of sufferings, threat for life and property, humiliation and the professional misconduct by the center Incharge Mr. Junaid Shafiq. All the day I observed the indiscipline, nepotism, bribe practices, reference based registration and violation of the rules & regulation as imposed by the immigration department. Mr. Junaid Shafiq is refusing for the renewal of my passport as the consequence of complaint against him to the Deputy Commissioner Rajanpur. I am attaching the detailed brief of my grievance and complaint for registration and taking departmental actions against the ineligible and un-professional Mr. Junaid Shafiq, Passport Center Incharge of Rajanpur please.

If your son's age is 14 years or older, he can lodge the complaint regarding the incomplance of the mode of the passport, issued thim, in case your lawyer has found the other law,
to the same office of the DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF IMMIGRATION & PASSPORTS,
where your son had received the previous passport in URDU language.

i avail this opportunity to write you that my son suleman majeed niazi who is officer grade one in state bank of Pakistan Islamabad got his passport in second half of 2018. He produced NOC letter from his department and submitted with your passport handling staff . He requested the staff on duty to mention word "OFFICIAL'"IN THE PASSPORT . when he got his passport to his surprise , the word "official: was not inscribed in the passport.
It is there fore requested that his modifying fee and penalty fee , both due to fault of my son Suleman Majeed Niazi

i have lodged complaint against complaint ID NO 9EN-DA4-3LDN(COMPLAINT ID) AND Complaint number 12774. I have not received any response despite complete 24 hours have elapsed .
This system should be quick and fast otherwise there is no need to keep this option as we have to visit physically which not only makes it cumbersome for the passport staff but it consumes allot of time and expanses Of POL.

i am waiting for verification confirmation which london pakistan high commission said we sent to pakistan passport office i used my means in rawalpindi for check up they said we do not have any verfication letter receive please take necessary action to sort thi9ngs out my id card no 3740174398211

I have applied for passport on 17th Oct 2017 and delivery date 30 Oct 2017. Even on making regular visits to the passport office and submitting the issuing request again and again i am not able to get the passport till yet.Please look into the matter. Dear Sir,

Today I went passport for application of my son passport. Once I reached saddar passport office. They told me that token timings are between 9:00 am to 1:00. Now i am wondering that all chlidren must required to take off from school for passport application. Which caused loss one day school of each child.

I Would like request/suggest to you, please extened passport token timings for children to avoid thier education loss.

I have applied my passport renewal request from Karachi office, 2 months before in urgent category due to my job visa process.
I have already got my job visa 06-04-2013 and in this regard i must have to consult my desire consulate to endorse my visa, but unfortunately due to not having a passport yet i couldn't do any further correspondence, and date of my visa expiry is so closed .

With profoundest respect and humiliates, i wish to draw your kindest attention about the immigration and passport office at Haipur . The same is that i applied for the new renewed passport in the said office since two months before approximately but the office under reference is prolonging the matter on one pretext or the other.

In fact i applied for the ordinary passport but i am not in a position to grease the palm of the officials at Haripur passport office therefore my need full has not been done so far hence this application. It is therefore prayed that the concerned authorities may be directed to do my need full at the soonest.

It is further prayed that i intend to go to from Pakistan for Ummrah please pass efficacious order on urgent basis

I needed passport urgently so I have paid 5000 urgent fee to be delivered within a week but I have got the delivery date after two months 14th of May.
