Rude Staff

I'm hereby to make a complaint to one of your staffs a malay male officer who was on duty Wednesday 6th Dec 2023 this morning at around 8.28 am at CIQ Sultan Iskandar Building

I was on my way to work and I discovered all the self automated and MACS lane are OFFLINE. To put matter worst there were large crowd of people and travellers departing from Johor bound to Sg. I joined the Queue at the very end lane next to the MACS Automated Lane.

I handover my passport and he began to scan my passport thus I noticed he stamped my passport out despite having MACS. I told him that I have MACS and he began to response in such horrific manner. He said "Kalau awak ada MACS kenapa" I was taken aback but his abusive rudeness and was complete offended. I told him I saw he stamped out on my passport and he then mentioned "System Down". I just said Oh and took my passport walked off feeling dissatisfaction.

Unbelievable. Please educate your staffs to have basic courtesy and manners. Such a disgrace wearing a pride uniform with stinks attitude. If he does not favour working in customer related service, I strongly suggest please hang that uniform and find other jobs that suitable his needs.

My personal opinion majority of your staffs needs to undergo an anger management course and learn to be polite and stop this laziness. Mana amanah kerja baik. Tolong diri tu and ubah sikap perangai.

Senior citizen, MyPR, oku, pregnant lane 1 and 2 not open, open for all passport

On 23 August, time 5.50am, lane 1 and 2 boarding to Singapore from Johor bahru was open All passport, it was not as usual open for oku, senior citizen, MyPR, pregnant woman, I a senior citizen have to que as other young people, when I asked the officer lane no. 2 about this and if I just jump que the lane to the front, he was not happy I'm asking this type of question, no matter I'm a senior citizen my energy still not the same as younger person as 20+, 30+. please train your officer to be more consent be polite when do their duty to this senior citizen MyPR pregnant woman oku.

Car cutting in lane during peak period

Some cars tend to cut into queuing lane before entering to Johor Bahru CIQ.
Custom or Traffic Police authority may send staffs to monitor this type of reckless action. Many times accidents or near miss could happen due to this kind of selfish behavior.

Auto clearance passport machine

Most of the time the Malaysian auto gate are not function. Almost half of the machine are not working over these few years. Please look into this issue seriously. It is a joke when tourist see such a inefficient issue in their first day step into Malaysia. It is make alot inconvenience to malaysian and also tourist.

Rude office Lutfi A1 on 3/8/17 at 5pm exit Jb at CIQ

I was just exiting Jb at 5pm from CIQ to Woodlands, car counter A1 , officer name Lutfi was very rude and kurang sopan...
pls ask the main officer about this issue
I very unhappy , do give some training

Treated unfairly

As elders at age of 73, we have been treated badly by the Malaysia Immigration Officer age around 45 years old. He allowed the youngs to pass to the immigration counter which has officers to check our passport which has a shorter queue but transfer us to the self-fingerprint counter which has a long queue. Not only that, we did explain we are above 65 years old which considered as elder citizen and some of us do not familiar with the fingerprint method and we do not have a clear finger print anymore. However, the officer shouting and mocking at us in a sarcastic way and he directed the youngs behind us to the immigration counter instead of self-fingerprint counter. We truly feel being treated unfairly and we asked our children to make this complaint here.
