Hi i am Singapore PR, i just renew my passport in Johor last weekend. As usual, when I was on the immigration officer's table, I passed my new passport along with the ic card, then he said to me your passport have not yet update in the system! repeat twice with some unnecessary high tone in his voice. When i want try to tell him that i already update my singpass in the website. He said "I am telling you that you not yet update in the singpass website!! x2 repeat twice with very high tone in his voice again! Somehow i feel like i am a criminal. everyone look at me..how shameful i am.. ( Iast weekend i went to Johor renew my passport and when come in to sg custom a polite male officer tell me, you have to go to Singpass website to update my passport before you can start using the E-machine to scan your passport and i dont know the singpass till now have yet update my passport number). If i know, i wouldn't go to the manual counter. i didnt take note of his full name. I know his name is with "saXqXXXX hafiz" is a malayu officer. This is the first time i experience such a bad situation, it is necessary to being so rude to me?
I hope the related authority hear our voice. The Immigration officer are ruining the image of Singapore.

i melihat dia kerap, dia sentiasa duduk bersendirian di dalam rumput hingga malam gelap, apakah maksudnya? iam affraid, jika dia berada di atas lawatan visa jadi mengapa dia tidak pergi ke luar untuk melawat malaysia, iam takut kanak-kanak ini, sila depot dia , kerana dia tidak melawat, boleh jadi dia adalah menyalahi undang-undang, dia smooker, dan dia sentiasa cuba untuk filrting wanita appartment kami, tuan sila semak dia, kita semua wanita takut kanak-kanak ini,
