This is not a badly run business they are outright criminals that have a sophisticated operation to steel you money. Do not use there sight. If you have get out. Cancel and send an email to confirm your cancellation as they will not send one to you so they have plausible denial.

Signed up, tried to cancel, but it didn't take and they charged me 39.95/mo. for 10 months.

Tried to get a refund, but only for 6 months.

They still owe me for 4 months.

Can we get the media in on this?

doing business as itsHD.com promises to stream movies with a "FREE" initial sign up. This company advertises that it will stream just released and latest movies, yet it has a terrible line up of movies. Once you've signed up, none of the movies that were advertised are available. Titles cannot be found. When I decided to cancel, I was charged $1.00 to cancel but they still billed me after the 7day "FREE" trial. When I tried to call to complain, either there is no answer or automated answering with no access to a real person. Phone menu selections to reach an operator go to a dead line or busy tone. Absolutely USELESS business!!!
