I'm an employee of Imperial health and science in textile road, parow industrial, cape town and would like to stay anonymis.

We at Imperial health and science are working in very working conditions where management and supervisors can to staff members the way they like ( swearing and calling the workers racist names). The staff members are very unhappy in the work please. Management or supervisors don't asked the staff members if they want to work overtime, but tell them to work overtime and you can't refuse their request or otherwise you will be disciplined and sign a written warning.

Staff members are scared of losing the jobs and are also scared to raise their voices or they get intimidate or victimized by management.

Please assist with our request as we are tired of working in this conditions.
