imvu disabled my 13 year old account on 27/8/2020 for no reason at all and when i have done nothing, at first they kept saying to me for whole month that they disabled me because i violated terms or service, and when i kept telling them that i never ever did such thing in all my 13 years of being on imvu.

they admitted that they disabled me for no reason, which i fail to understand why when i never did anything to harm imvu in anyway or did anything wrong...this is pure evil and satanic action and shows how much evil this company is.

3 years ago on 17/7/2017 imvu disabled my account falsely when i did
nothing and i had no idea what they were talking about, because i have
never broke imvu rules ever and never did anything against imvu terms
of service, and then after like 21 days they gave me my account back
because it was proven that they disabled it falsely and wrong..now on
27/8/2020 they did the same thing again and disabled my account again
saying the same old things they said 3 years ago, i filed a help
ticket and told them that it is a mistake like before and keep telling
them but they don't want to listen or reason in anything, and keep
saying that my account can no longer be activated, even before when
they did they said same exact things and then it was proven wrong.

My account is 13 year old and i have worked so hard on it all these
years, i can't afford to lose it in anyway, i even got so much sick
ever since imvu disabled it, even before they made me so sick when
they did the same thing, and now they are doing it again.

I have never broke any imvu rules ever or did anything against imvu
TOS, i always went by the rules, i am not stupid to do anything wrong
and risk my account...i keep telling this in my help ticket, but they
don't want to listen or even read anything i'm saying.

My account is a creator account and grandfathered account, and i only
create as a hobby and because i love designing and graphics, and i
have never earned real money from my credits or ever sold them all my
13 years on imvu, because i am not on imvu to do business or create as
a job or earning, all i ever did on imvu is make products, and make
public rooms on my alt accounts which are all guest accounts i created
only to make public rooms on them at the time when imvu allowed to
make a free room on a new account so i made those alt account for
public rooms, and had my public rooms always opened and active, 7 of
them was even in featured rooms, imvu also disabled all my alt
accounts too on which i have my public rooms along with my main
account, how if all i ever did on imvu is to make products and create
public rooms and decorate them and make different looks and outfits, i
have violated any imvu terms of service ??? please review my case and
help me get my account back.


Imvu for me a is a stress relief and escape from real life and
depression, i only use imvu for my depression, it is like my medicine
for depression, and now they took away my account from me for no
reason and without any justification, please help me, i have became so
much more depressed and sick ever since they took away my account from
me.
