I've been a IMVU member for a year now, role playing getting my coins, the usual and I wanted to sell my credits, I only had $150k so I posted on my page (friends only) weeks ago. I stepped away from my laptop to find out I've been permanently banned just for selling my own credits I worked hard for.

Even if it was against company policy I didn't deserve a permanent ban. Its just funny how jealous these illiterate B****** can be, just reporting me and starting F*** with me. I don't even argue with them anymore I just ignore and report. I even get stalked and harassed and IMVU does absolutely nothing.

The CEO is a greedy S*** who deserves to rot in poverty for his stupid company policy as should the non-English speaking idiots outside of the US. I wanted my credits back and the rep said I couldn't get my creds transferred and I couldn't take them out and that all sales are final. I also asked if they are going to keep my credits she said no it stays on the account, what kind of *** lie is that?.

I encourage everyone to report IMVU for fraud and to pursue legal actions. I reported to my bank that I would like to dispute every transaction I had with IMVU, go F*** yourself!.

Hello, before I speak, this complaint is ment for ALL of imvu.
A little bit ago, imvu had bought Furaffinity, one of the greatest furry sites I've ever joined. That was fine, and advertisements popped up.
It's not that though that makes me ticked off, it's the fact that one of the adds specifically said an offensive thing.
It read; "Create your furry today"
Why is it offensive? Furry is NOT the anthropomorphic characters/OC's one make and or own! A furry is a person!
The correct term would be "anthro" or "fursona".
And one other thing, it's click bait for us furries. I clicked an add, and signed up, and made my guy. BUT, there was no sight of ANY anthropogenic body parts, ears, tails, etc, anywhere! Unless there in the shop, which would mean currency is involved, which was NOT mentioned in the add! Just an offensive line, with a pic of two fursonas.
And as proof for said ad, I attach downloaded proof, straight from the beloved furry sight.

I ordered 40,000 credits and a name change. However I got a message saying I would need to send my card picture and my state id & I am not allowed to do that . Is there anyway I could get my money back because I do not want these credits and name change anymore.
