My husband purchased india calling paln from Globalcall or GlobalHello company July last year, but the service was not good so we told to the company to refund our money and stop the service as we were not happy with them. But neither they provided good service nor refunded money as well. Last week my husband received a call about automatic debit payment. But we were unaware about this thing and nobody informed us about auto debit payment and even that we didn't give any permission about this payment but they deducted money from our account and no one is giving us any response. We have all details and chat which we have had with this company. Please help us to get our money back. First of all we were asking to refund our money for the last year paln and once again they deducted an another payment. Please help us.
