school uniforms are charged excessively

My son is studying in IHS Dubai, School has recently issued circular that every student shall buy school uniform from only from school at a very high prices, which is against CBSE law.
School does not allow parents to buy from outside and forcing parents to buy only from school at a very high price.

I wish CBSE shall investigate and intervene in this matter urgently...
