I am Y.Padmavathamma staying in Naidupeta, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh. My Customer No: is 2092. Indane Gas Distributor name is Lakshmikanthamma indane gas. I have already lodged a complaint in the online. MY Docket No: is 3138889. I have told to register my mobile number 7997157557. I am not receiving any messages to my mobile number. Your staff Suguna Madam spoke with me. She asked some details and clarified with me. I said i have submitted the enrollment copy xerox, aadhar card xerox, KYC copy xerox also. She told I will forward to higher authority. But after that you peoples are sending me E-mail to submit the Application. in the gas Agency. It is already submitted. I don't know what is the status of this complaint. I am unable to book gas cylinder in my mobile number (7997157557). MY complaint was not solved till now. So far I am booking Gas Cylinder in this Mobile Number (7997157557). I didnt book gas cylinder on 13th June 2017. But when i try to book gas cylinder from my mobile number (7997157557), i am unable to book gas cylinder. It is asking distributor code number and phone number. when i enter that number to book the gas cylinder , it is telling that you have already booked the cylinder and telling the booking no 430568.. But till now I didnt get the gas cylinder. I dont know what is happening . Please let me know at the earliest. Please solve my problem immediately.

I am complaining about the non supply or delayed supply of refill cylinder of domestic LPG by M/s NARAIN GAS SERVICE, SECTOR E ALIGANJ LUCKNOW.The situation has become from bad to worse before HOLI.
I booked refill on 17th feb 2014 with the no 161012.
visited gas agency on 27 Feb. I was informed about supply in 2/3 days.
REvisited on 6th March.Assurance again for 2/3 days.
visited on12-3-2004.Assurance of 2/3 days again.

i am a senior citizen and wish to complaint about the unsystematic supply of indanne gas lpg domestic cylinder by m/s narain gas service aliganj lucknow.The supply of refills is on the whims and egos of the staff employed by agency ownner.supplies are made arbitrarily and not on the basis of first booked first supply.consumers are compelled to run to service agency and to be in queue.erratic supply needs to be streamlined.R.shyam

I have booked Gas via phone at Indian Oil Corporation Aurangabad prayag indane gas agencies (0240- 2321739), but was not delivered gas cylinder after several reminders. I had done the booking on 05.10.2010. and waiting list no is 730

My Consumer No is 04918. When I called up the delivering agency, Prayag indane gas agencies, opp. usmanpura polic station, pratap nager, aurangabad, they are saying that within two or three days, it will be delivered, but till the date I have not received the same. this happening last 4 year i not gatting cylinder on right time every this he delivered 20 days after booking

I doubt they are selling the cylinders unauthorisedly in black market or some hoteliers. This is too pathetic and I am reallly fed up calling the Prayag indane and IOC.

Please take necessary steps to make the delivery at the earliest.
