This is purely fraud company, scammers. This people will share fake promises and share all fake things.
I was told that they will give me offer letter in 10 days which they did. But upon verifying the hotel for which i was hierd denied of such selection. Moreover, the signing hr name mentioned was John Wilson who does not exist. JOHN WILSON.
I got details of fraud owner Hardeep Singh and he promised me another offer letter from new employer, this time he asked me not corodinate with his team and he will manage my case. For good 2 months he gave me new dates each time and finally one day he gives me offer from Grand15 hotel. this hotel doesnt exist in shared address and details mentioned on fake website that he created of grand15 (created to fool people on 2nd day of my first complaint) had Contact person as JOHN WILSON (strangly the hr in previous letter) . This fraud Harpreet justifies this that john has taken hotel in lease.
i told them that i will lodge police complaint, he was like-mera bp mat badao, apne paise vapas lelo....that too he refunded partially.

I was pay in month of august Rs33,000/- after that no response for ICS and i was called four time to Rajeev Sharma of ICS on this (7053935637), he said after dewali interview will call. but now all contact numbers are not responding.

Now I what to do .... i have a great loss

I would like to know if there is any way to retrieve Rs.30,000 that I paid to InfiniteCareerSolutions. I paid them the amount in the month of August and after that there was no response from their end. Now if I email to their id, the email comes back to me and their website also does not open up.
I have the screenshots of the transaction. Do let me know how can I get the money back. Do I need to register a police complaint?

I got a call from Mr. Sameer Infinite Career Solutions from Delhi, they introduced by saying they are the client of Shine.com and so they found my profile in Sine.com. They said that few of their clients in Canada / Australia are more interested in my profile and they are ready to hire me if the recruitment process complete good. They asked me to pay Rs. 5000/- as a one time payment. I asked them for other charges. He said that this is the only payment from the candidate, other benefits they will get it from the employer itself. But once I pay the amount 5,000/-, I got another call from other department of the same consultancy, he is from profile verification team and asking me to pay 9500 + GST. Again he asked for the payment of Rs. 8900 + GST and finally he asked me to pay Rs. 14999+ GST for interview cracker. They are frequently calling and forcing to pay the amount immediately and the reason they are telling that the company is waitng for the next process so immediately transfer the amount for next process. They called from these nos: 7053935637 and 8744145245. Now their phones are not responding and e mail accounts are temporarily not working. I lost nearly 40000/-

Could you please let me know how can I take legal action against this fraud consultancies?

I had paid 49000 for a vacancy in nigeria. After that I didnt received any confirmation from & they are not answering my pphone & email. I want to take legal action against them to get back the amount that I paid to them. Please advice what the steps I need to do?.

They were planned in very advance I paid starting Fees 2900/- Later they asked me to pay registration Fees of 11800/- for that I denied I denied I suspected their speaking language was very demanding as of they were providing Jobs. My case they gone to one more step arranged Fake interview as so and so MNC company HR and they decided selected and told Congrats
In parallel I enquired my friend who is working in same company in Bangalore he is close friend of HR. From yesterday am doing background about this company with that MNC company everything is Fruad.

Request to other people don't get in to their traps.I know current market situation getting Jobs to experienced people is not that much easy.

Same as above all friends I also received call from Infinite Career Solutions , they are smartly pushing me towards online payment.I paid them 2500 as registration amount after registration they were asking me 8500 as verification amount, It looks very fishy then I told them to withdraw me from service and refund 2500.But they didn't reply me back, I have send them complain mail but that mail id was fake. They even not provided contact details on there website.

Please block there website and alert those who are going to trap in there fishing net.

However they are still taking my calls and Convincing me that they are not fraud consultant.Further they are asking for documents which I have not sent to their mail ID.
My case the amount is Significant almost 25000/-.

I got a call from Infinite career solutions from nos 8744558111 and 1408890000. They said we have forwarded your resume to top IT companies and Salary package will be 11 lakhs. To generate your profile we need 2500/- and it will be refunded if dont get placed. When i asked for some email from their side he said after payment email will be generated. He guided me to website and was in a hurry to register me. I said i would go through website and get back. This alerted him and immediately cut phone. nos are not traceable. Request all to beware.

These guys are fraud, they called me more than 10 times and told me we have forwarded your resume to Axis bank, HDFC, Standard charted in Banking sector, IBM, Infosys in IT sector and they are interested in hiring you. when i asked for the JD (job description) they asked me to pay minimum charge of 2500 but i refused to pay. I think before joining the company we need to know the JD so i have asked for it. Then after reading from different blogs about this company i came to know these guys are fraud.

I asked them about the earlier person's statement. Then they said that that is for Registration and not for processing the CV. I didn't get the invoice for my payment.
