I contac IIG regarding a promotion that consisted on free travel voucher that included airline and hotel for two adults.The representative asked me some personal questions and also explained to me over the phone that the promotion consisted in participated in a drawing after ansewer some common sense questions,after I ansewer the questions she said that I have won two free airline vouchers to travel to Orlando Florida that includes hotel and free tickets to Disneyword I asked her to put this promotion in hold until I was ready to travel she said that I need to pay 199 dls in order to hold the voucher I decided to used my credit card to pay this amount of 199 but I contacted IIG on October 25 and asked them to be reemburse the 199 dls because a friend oh mine told me to becarful because he also had a bad experience with IIG but they denied to return my money.The contac telephone numbers there is always the voice mail however they never return my messages my experience with IIG is very negative this is scam be careful when you give them money in advance.I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and the social media because I'm retired and low income and I need my money back.
