Hello and assalam o alaikum. My name is haseeb I am your Mobile user. I want to register a complaint against carlcare service centre situated in hassan centre in gulberg. They are not working fine. I am visiting this centre again and again for my cellphone but they are not telling me the truth. Firstly they did not install the correct software and handed over my phone to me without checking. Secondly when I again visited the centre, they gave me time of three days but now its more than five days and they are not giving my phone. All of the people there were angry because of this behaviour. Annd the phone number is not reachable which is provided by the service centre. Please take a notice of this issue. Thanks.
