DEPOSITS WILL NOT DEPOSIT

All my attempts to make a deposit will not go through to my Bank Account, WHY??? WHY CAN'T I OR EVERYONE ARE WE NOT ABLE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT TO MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR ME TO USE, RIGHT NOW, I HAVE NO MONEY IN IT, AND IT WILL CONTINUE TO NOT HAVE ANY MONEY IN IT, UNTIL YOU FIX THIS PROBLEM. YOU NEED TO FIX ALL MY ATTEMPTS OF MAKING A DEPOSIT TO MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR ME TO USE IMMEDIATELY???
