Hello, my feedback to Inkfarm. Great price, great delivery, but black cartridge seems only half full. For lack of time I did not pursue this and yes, I will use Inkfarm again. Thank U for asking.

This is the second order I placed with you and received faulty cartridges. My previous order would have been about January 26 and as I stated above, the black ink cartridge was VERY low in my first email to you. But I didn't complain.
About 2 weeks ago I once again ordered cartridges and my printer is reading them as not compatible with my printer.
So this is the second time in a period of 2 months I have put out money for cartridges that are faulty. AND the black cartridge, when opened this time, ink was leaked all over my hands.
These cartridges are unacceptable and are preventing me from completing my work in a timely fashion.
I believe some compensation is in order. Feel free to call me. I have both sets of cartridges ready to send back to you.

Today I spoke with Mahogany and she was very happy to help me. She will send me new cartridges and a prepaid shipping label so I can return the cartridges. I will send all 4 cartridges. Thank you for your help and concern and treating this problem as a priority.
