never receive my minipc4tv

I order a mini pc 4tv , from inkline global inc, , it was ship to the wrong address, I email trisha @inkline.com, many time asking for her help , in sending me what I order , or replace my 79.95 to my credit card, she was rude , and unwilling to do anything to help me , she was unwilling to the check shipping company
