cookware warranty

I bought the Ultrex 16 piece cookware set from HSN on 02/17/2001. This cookware has a 75 year warranty. According to HSN, Innova/Ultrex has gone out of business and won't honor the warranty from Ultrex. If there is ever a lawsuit I would like to be included in it.
