my name is Syed Imran and my insurance card # is 1940-4155-E10B-5AA3 .This complaint is with regards to approval Request C0004210443 at thumbay Clinic Branch 1 on 23 July 2017 at 13:29:05, i have last visited thumbay clinic 19/06/2017 how come it is possible that approval will be submitted after one month as per insurance policy we can't get medicine or any other treatment prior to approval is there any check and balance on that because it will effect not to mentioned clinic but it will directly effect to my annual insurance premium.

My complaint is with regards to approval Request C0004210443 at thumbay clinic LLC Branch 1 received today at 13:29:05 i have last visited thumbay clinic 19/06/2017 how come it is possible that they send approval for me after one month,and this is happening to me 3rd time that i have not visited thumbay clinic and they send approval for me is there any check and balance on them because it will effect my annual premium.looking forward positive feedback at your end please.
