Instant tax service has changed there name from instant to get money tax service here in Cleveland, ohio. I got a tax loan of $200 back in December of 2010. In exchange I would allow them to do my taxes. Well, I called several times to let them know not to do my taxes because I had other forms that i wanted to attach to get a bigger refund, Instead, they submitted my return to the IRS without my other documents, Now, I have to go through the hassel of doing a amended return. I spoke with the manager several times to advise him NOT TO FILE until I gave the rest of my information. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE! This "company" is a mess! I will never ever deal with them again! I wouldn't recommend that they file taxes for my puppy! INSTANT TAX SERVICE/GET MONEY TAX SERVICE are the same people...DONT FALL FOR ANY OF THERE TRICKS!

I went to Available Tax Service 5225 Northfield and had great service they were honest and only charged me 250.00 I dont know how you let them scan you out of your money like that...Thanks Gus for your service...
