My name is tina i have a complaint with instant tax sevice

BASICALLY IM TRYING TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO JOIN THE LAWSUIT FOR MANY YEARS IVE BECAME A DEPENDABLE CUSTOMER WITH INSTANT TAZ SERVICES THE LAST 5 YRS TO BE EXACT... MY FIRST YEAR THEY STILL OWED ME 100$ AND NEVER SENT ME A CHECK FOR IT. MY 2ND YEAR THEY CHARGED ME FEES RANGING $660 DOLLARS WHEN THEY SAID I ONLY OWE 400$. MY THIRD YEAR THEY CHARGED ME 600$ WHICH WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT THAT THEY SHOWED ME... MY 4TH YEAR I WAS SHORT $1000.00 DOLLARS AND THATS WHEN I STARTED TO DO MY OWN INVESTAGATION BECAUSE I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG. SHAWNA THE MANAGER AT THE COLLEGE BRANCH LOCATION TOLD ME IT HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH A LITTLE $300 DOLLAR LOAN I WAS APPROVED FOR PLUS MY FEES. I DIDNT BELIEVE HER BUT I TOOK NOTES AND SAID OKAY. MY 5TH YEAR I WAS ONLY APPROVED FOR $100 DOLLAR LOAN WHICH WAS HONESTLY SURPRISING BUT I BEEN GOING TO THEM FOR 5 YRS NOW SO I JUST WENT WITH THE FLOW THEY SAID THEY HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE IRS LAST YEAR SO THEY SAID THE BANK IS ONLY ALLOWING THEM TO RELEASE FUNDS OF THAT AMOUNT BUT WHEN I GOT MY REFUND CHECK FOR THAT YEAR 2013 I WAS CHARGED $780.00 DOLLARS WHEN EARLIER MY FEES ONLY READ $370... THAT MEANS I WAS OVER CHARGED BY ALMOST $400 DOLLARS BUT READING THE LAWSUIT IT SAID FEES WERE NEVER TO BE MORE THAN AN AVERAGE OF $400.00 PERIOD!!! WHICH MEANS FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY INSTANT TAX SERVICE BE AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF$1500-1800... I TRUSTED THEM AND NOW I AM VERY UPSET AND WOULD LIKE ALL MY MONEY BACK THAT IS RIGHTFULLY DUE TO ME IF I HAVE TO GET A PRIVATE LAWYER INVOLVED ON MY BEHALF I WILL DO SO... SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT MY NEXT STEP IS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE WHICH HAS NOW RESULTED IN THEFT AND IS CLEARLY A PROBLEM! THANK YOU.

When you go in there and waste their time and sign those documents, THAT is permission to file.

Agree because they got me the same way for almost $800.00 the man was smart but stupid I guest I need to go to a court house here in Ohio and file my case against him they might have had the info but the thing is they didn't have permission to file the taxes anyone taxes they did it on there own s now he has to pay

Got scamed by instant tax service too they charged me 828.00 in fees for what i dont know swear thats what the fees are but i got 4 different fee amount from each one that i spoke too and also tried to talk too the dam indians or what ever they are and she tried to get Smart and talk shit but it dont matter how long it talke me to get my money i'm getting it because this was dead Wrong getting over the dam poor hell thats what we work for to get taxes so we can catch from being behind because of christmas and they go take my money oooooooooh HELL NO.I'm getting my money.Yall better go back to Indiana or where ever you from and thry that shit with your own people dont try that shit over here in America because we stick together when it comes to things like this. Money we need that after we finish withyou guys i bet you yall want ever try this shit Again.

I had tha same thing happen I never signed got them to file my taxes it was already summited before I got up there them was charged almost 1000 in fees so I filed my complaint with NC attorney general...I really hope our money will be refunded back
