My wife was told 2 weeks ago that her insulin was going to be shipped out right away. She is now out of her lantis after being assured 4 days ago that it was being shipped overnight. it is now 3 days later and no insulin. I have contacted my lawer in case there is a medical issue with my wife. This kind of service is unacceptable. If it is not going to be shipped out tell the person that instead of lying to them. PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DO THIER JOB. This a life or death situation and I would expect that your company would handle things like this as such.
