As a former employee of Insurex, I have nothing nice to say about them at all for the way I was treated as an employee. However, they do petition the state for the suspension of your drivers license. Depending on the state laws and damages this can and has actually happened. I don't agree with and never did agree with their collection tactics and unprofessionalism. The owner of this company usually hides in her office while the woman that sends in the petitions to have your license suspended is a complete and total pot head and even has sold it at work (she will lie and say she hasn't but she has as others I know have bought it from her and once at lunch caught her selling). It was a relief to be laid off as this company was nothing but drama from the start. We can thank the owner Mrs. Byrd for hiring such racists as Raylene Atkinson and her girlfriend who use racist slurs and thinks it's ok because they used it in an "off-color" racist joke. Let's not forget the IT man she hired that was arrested because he likes to molest little girls. Or her office manager Tonya who is nice to your face but is the first to run her mouth and back stab others. Last but not least Mrs. Byrd herself as she re-hired and re-hired a known drug addict names Chris Nelezen. These two had an ongoing affair for many years and can remember one instance of police coming into the offices to arrest him and him running and hiding from them, or breaking into Tammy Byrd's office (owner of Insurex) to steal money from her for his drug fix. I've seen a lot in this company and regret ever working there as there was some type of drama to deal with on a daily basis. You should be leary of ever doing business with this company. In fact, you don't have to deal with this company, you can deal direct with the insurance company themselves.
