i arranged a booking with one of their courier services, only to find out that their courier does not deliver to p.o. box addresses, when i asked for a refund, they want to charge me £25 for cancellation. there is nothing on their website that explains about courier restrictions at any stage of the booking process, so customers like myself would get trapped and would have to end up spending more money to select a suitable courier! i asked for a cancellation policy, i am still awaiting a response from them! i am left completely disatisfied, and just wasted a whole day when i could have used a reputable sorce! do not use at all! save the stress. The agents are completely unprofessional and lack negotiation or people skills.
