Dear Officer In charged
I am writing this letter cos it is such a traumatizing experience for me to visit the immigration office at Pekanrabu and setia tropical .
I was absolutely depressed and DISSAPOINTED by the system , very inefficient and not understanding society we have .

27/5/14 -----9:30 am Ic Rosak pergi buat baru satu jam Sahaja!!!!!
When ask to see person incharged ( boss tak Ada) ask me to seat n wait , can see they are still taking on mobile and tell me boss cakap tak boleh buat

Waited from 10:30-1:30 to get Ic no joke is 200 number Infront of me .14 counters only Half working ,taking too long for adjust the position for taking photo

1:30 pm at immigration my number 0436( am sure u can trace which officer in charged as it is printed on the paper )
Speedy but very rude officer again spend another 10 min to ask me to adjust to suit her for camera,can hear her telling the other officer about me ,when put wrong finger while identifaction she just make very rude remark ( tangan Kanan !!!!!!!)
If only she know why I don't smile ,waited 3 hours the whole morning just to get your IC .

After get resit .must place resit according to time they given if not u get another scolding ( kenapa tak Nampak masa , mean I am supposed to Wait another hour for passport .

These officer they know very well even the publics make complain and nobody can do anything to them cos it is a steel rice bowl.
The whole experience is very traumatising .that is why I have been postponing trip to any government department .
