They changed me by mistake and not giving me refund
I have ordered Quickbook online through phone customer service on 12/14/2018. I have requested monthly payment but they charged annual amount of $185.00. I have contacted customer service and they apologized and said they refund to my bank. I didn’t see my refund and contacted again. They apologized saying there was something wrong with the system and they would refund. Also they are extending monthly payment starting day to May 2019. I didn’t see my refund and contacted customer service by phone on 1/11 and they said the last person didn’t proceed the refund so they would do it. I still didn’t receive refund so I called again on 1/22. This time they said I could get partial refund of $85 because $100 is applied to the payment throuMay. I told them I wanted to pay monthly and they extended my first payment to May with my refund of $185.
