Above matter refer. I would like to request the above mentioned refund based on below chronology.
29/09/17 – A reservation has been made through online booking by ‘Getaroom’. The said reservation is confirmed with Confirmation Number: R894927684 and is paid in full (refer attached reservation detail).
05/10/17 – During check in, my Guest was asked to made another payment (refer attached Invoive) and given us a contact number to ask for refund.
06/10/17 – When I made call as per number given, they ask me to contact another number which is Ramada KLCC. The person under Reservation Department said will check and revert.
09/10/17 – I have made call again to ask for status update. Unfortunately, they ask me to refer to another department which is Finance Department. End up, I was asked to write in officially for my request.
The above request was send out on 9/10/17 but yet till to-date no response were receive from respective person / department in charge. I hope can get some advise from your good-self for the said refund. Please do contact the undersigned @ +6012-4340932 or email to
