download not completed
I selected an offer of ASC11 PRO FOR 3 PCS.
I attempted to download for PC 1 and was told to uninstall the asc in the PC. In the process my Google g mail account was lost so no way to retrieve software. I tried for 3 days to contact iobit-avangate customer service. I got nothing. They will charge me for 3 downloads and I got nothing. Please ask them to call me at 802-397-8486 to solve this problem I have a new g-mail account now
