Non-generarion of voucher

Sir,
I have booked vide Ref.No.342234 Dt. 07.11.2017 for a LPG Cyl.But I have not yet received my Cyl. and I am moving door to door for a Cyl.Hence,I would like to request My Honour to consider my case in a just equitable manner.
