scammed

i have been scammed on ioffer and ioffer does not care , the seller in question has 2 accounts and despite a huge number of negative feedback with people having their money stolen this seller is still being allowed to sell on ioffer.
sellers id's are zhengzhou263 and womenhao9960, more of this scammers need to be named and shamed as ioffer will do nothing and continues to help them scam people by letting the continue to sell despite having so many cases against them what a joke

I've purchased 3 items from iOffer and received NOTHING

eBay , AE , Amazon, all of them have buyer's policy and Money back guarantee. Not here. iOffer does not take any responsibility whatsoever, not even a little. So im not getting my money back.
Don't waste money here.

Have purchased from Zhiyushu2022 order numbers 76181632/78014369 both orders seller claims not been produced yet took my payment and has not refunded me ignores all correspondence, yet the seller is advertising stock I ordered, that's misleading and stealing . I have at least 8-10 more complaints with various sellers will name and shame them as well.. I cannot express my disgust as to how customers are treated I offer is of no help .. I have thousands of rands of stock not received 😡😡😡joom and gearbest look after their customers.. can't say the same about I offer.. there is no control over sellers open for scams.😡

Seller has taken money from my acct but has never shipped my item

The seller wenshuang 1688 has taken $195.08 from my acct.
I have sent numerous Messages as to when I will be receiving my item. He never responds to me. It's been over a week and I still have not heard anything from him .
I am getting very upset and frustrated over this matter.
Are you able to contact him and resolve this matter.. thank
you !

I've purchased exactly three items from iOffer and all three times I was ripped off, First time was a pair of nikes I got a very bad replica not even close. Second and Third (at the same time) were two Seiko watches, what I got were two digital lil kids watches that probably cost $0.50. The worst part is when you complain to the website they just say thanks for letting us know. WTF??? how can you just say that and not do anything about it? I feel like the creator of iOffer does not take any responsibility what so ever, not even a little.

I had ordered two items and am being marked down as unpaying buyer. I asked if Western Union would be acceptable for same day receipt of the money since the seller did not accept Visa and did not receive a response. I did send in the U.S. Postal Money order on April 3, 2012 but am experiencing problems since I have no way of communicating with the seller. a) Batmasterson b) Have Gun will Travel
I had ordered DVDS which were paid by Visa and are all already being shipped to me.

I had tried to send this message a couple of days ago and did not have any success.
Since the seller is asking for a cheque or U.S. Money Order I sent it off but it will take five (5) days to get there even by registered mail though I only sent it by Air Mail since both would arrive in about five days.
I would strongly suggest buyers using Western Union. I send money that way to Poland and the party can pick it up 20 minutes after I had sent it. I need their phone number to give them the Claim Number and they go to their nearest Western Union office instead of waiting a week or so to receive it by mail. I apologize about this delay but when I was attempting to contact you I had received a Winner Notification of a Walmart Card for $1, 000.00 and they kept interferring with my contacting you that my computer had frozen twice that evening.

Scammed by seller!

I purchased a handbag on the ioffer site from a seller called Lukii 10 on November 2nd 06. I never received item so I filed a dispute with ioffer and paypal. The seller is no longer a registered member of ioffer. ioffer has done nothing to help the situation and paypal has ruled in my favor have recovered nothing. This seller is a scam artist I contacted this alleged Gloria green in Phoenix and she claims a Mr Yin has the money and after a couple of emails she blocked my address when I told her I wanted a refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB against both Paypal and ioffer and I have also filed ICI3 report against the gloria green from phoenix. If enough complaints come about with this seller maybe a report can be filed with phoenix police department.

Scammed by seller!

I have bought a Luise Vuitton hand bag from a seller called Girlsshop886 on ioffer. Up untill now that it has been 3 months I have not recieved the item I have filed a dispute with ioffer and paypal however they have done nothing about it at all. The seller tolled me after 3 months that the item was sent back ( which I dont believe, I was not sent in the first place) and now there is nothing I can do to get my money back. In my opinion ioffer is not a reliable website and I will never ever shop from there again, and I advise everyone not to neither. I am also very disappointed with paypal .
