iola/Avangate has debited an amount of R572.71 from my account without authorisation. I ordered 'System Mechanic' at a cost of R234 in Jan 2015, which was debited from my account. But on 9th February, 2015, a further mystery amount of R572.21. It seems to have the same order number, but is an arbitrary amount. I don't know what it's for, have not ordered anything further, and cannot get a response from them. This is the order number: avangate*iolo.5430201800256441.
