Auto Renewal & non-refund
I contact IPage.com support on the identification that they auto-newed my hosting account for 12 months for a URL that is no longer active. I was trying to be reasonable by saying that they could keep a month's hosting and refund me 11 months.
They simply stated no refund for renewals. I tried to explain the situation and repeated the offer but the simple reply was no refund.
Do not purchase any packages or services with iPage.com as they will rip you off and provide zero customer service.
