This company called IPVISAS have collected 12,000 Dirhams from me with the agreement that they will help me get a job in Canada under the 'express entry' immigration programme. I paid the 3000 aed on installment from Dec 2014 and completed payment in April 2015. Now they are sending me job adverts in Canada to apply and telling me that they are also applying from their end. I was told at the onset that it would take up to 8 to 9 months before I could get a work permit in Canada and that's what I'm just waiting and hoping and that period would elapse in August. The last time I met my case manager in April 2015 at their office in Dubai, I found out that there are lots of potential victims coming in to talk to them about relocation and I can't believe this company is still allowed to operate and swindle people of their hard earned monies given the number of complaints on this platform. I wonder what the police, media and government is doing to protect people from this swindler.
