I have booked two ticket diffrent diffrent date and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was paytmag. Then It was cancelled because of not confirmation of ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info

The ticket refund amount 770/- was supposed to be refunded to my DCB bank account. Instead on IRCTC site its showing that the said amount has been refunded to PAYTMAG which was not expected. I have checked my PAYTM wallet as well as my bank account but NO AMOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED.

I had booked railway Ticket from IRCTC through my Debit Card using paytmag payment gateway. And because of some reason i Cancelled it,but i had not receive my refund they says that amount is refunded to PAYTMAG . irctc refunded my cancelled amount five days before to paytmag but still i am not getting amount in my account.Please do the needful.

Ticket refund amount 570/- was supposed to be get refunded to my Bank of Maharashtra account.But I didn't got any message detailing the same. I can see refund amount 570/- is shown as Refunded to PAYTMG which I didn't expect, as I have booked the tickets with online bank account transaction. I checked my PAYTM balance, but there's no such amount credited.
