fb.me/ads took lots of money with out permission

fb.me/ads took lots of money from my brother's credit card so many times with out permission since the end of last month. For example the code FACEBK *5RN3HE2K22 bf.me/ads and many more code like this. How comes !!! And how can we check the problem ? I want my money back, it's a crime.
