barang belum diterima

Hi...barang yang saya beli di shopee masih belum diterima... cek status masih sama since 19 november 2019 till 2 disember 2019..."consigment dispatch out from office(klia hub)...barang sepatutnya di terima pada 25 november 2019...no. item cd340706449my....tolong percepatkan penghantaran barang tersebut...seller pun ada membuat aduan diatas kelewatan penghantaran barang...terima kasih...
