I am a resident here and can assure that project is entirely complete now. Ya it took a bit more time but now its one of the best apartment in Electronic City with big green landscape and amenities. Its a huge apartment with lots of open space to walk or play inside the compound itself. Its very well managed by the association.
There is no legal issues with any flat or construction.
Only thing I can see on the improvements is its outer walls paint quality.

Ittina Mahaveer (review), construction of J block is still further delayed, fraudulent sales - August 2016.
E-KATHA is not being issued for this project. So Sub-Registrar is refusing registration. Fraudulent sales without proper Electronic Katha and Occupancy Certificate is being done. This will dupe the innocent buyers.

Ittina Mahavir (review) construction is still further delayed - March 28, 2016.
J block is nowhere near completion, however money has been collected from buyers.
Occupancy Certificate: Occupancy certificate has not been applied for by the builder because he claims that Completion certificate is not issued by architect. Completion Certificate (CC) cannot be issued because construction is still going on.

It has been 10 years and the projects is not completed and handed over. Also the prices of the apartments are not going up at all. Worst investment in "Real Estate" in Ittina Mahaveer Apartment, Neeladri Nagar, Electronic City, Phase 1, Banaglreo 560100.

Also, there are several litigations in court again the builder, etc. Several houses are abandoned and many are now been taken over by the banks. The notice of takeovers have been pasted on serveral doors of the apartments.

Just go to google.com and type "Ittina Mahavir review" and you will knwo whether to invest your money or not. Even Mouthshut has the worst reviews about this project.

Not sure when this project will be completed and handed over to the Association along with Occupancy Certificate and E-khata.
Already water leakages and wall soaking are there in almost every apartment during monsoon time in Ittina Mahavir society.

Sir, the apartment of Ittina Mahavir, Electronic City, Phase 1, Bangalore, which started its project in the year 2004 has not completed the construction till date June 2015. Lots of complaints by residents and also purchase and sale of the property is become a problem due to lack of Khatha from Panchayat, Lack of Occupancy certificate, etc.

Ittina Mahavir Apartments located in Electronic city are not suitable for 'normal' families. The 'so-called' married couples here lead such disgusting lives that I wouldn't recommend it to decent people for staying. Repented staying there and moved out immediately!

Residents are now getting notice that Ittina Mahavir (Ittina Mahaveer) is mortgaged to Canara Bank (Canbank or CanFin homes).
The residents started to contact the Manager Mr Sahu. Now Mr. Sahu has also left and Mr. Khanu (the new manager) is on the scene.

Problems faced in Ittina Mahavir:
Roads are not tarred causing a lot of dust. Children cannot play on the dust and stones.
There is not water for drinking or flushing in toilets, but there is continuous leakage on the building walls and lots of water overflowing. Complete mismanagement. builder has not transferred most of the property to the residents.
Khata papers and Registration and other papers are not in order. Gram Panchayat is asking for a lot of papers (as it is Gramathana property)

Drinking water supply has become a major problem in Ittina Mahavir even with 30% residents staying in the building... what will happen when all apartments are occupied.

Still there is a problem with dual mortgage of Ittina Mahavir property (Punjab National Bank and CanBank). It seems that Punjab National Bank is keeping quiet till the last few properties are sold by Ittina Builders. Once everything is sold by the builder, then there will be more misery to the residents once they stake their claims.

Sewage is now becoming a problem with STP sump etc not working every week

Lifts are mostly not working since last 2 years ... i.e. from the time they have been fitted.

Heard that some residents are getting notices of eviction / claim of PNB on the Ittina Mahavir property. It will only become major once all are served the notices and property and building is taken over by PNB. The residents are all cheated. SBI hays papers are clear but they did no check for double mortgages, SBI only checked for municipal papers. what tragedy.
