Frauded of 10,000 Dhs for Canadian work permit

IXP / IP visa company charged me 10,000 Dhs, which I paid all in installment base through NBD. The payment slip which I used in paying are all with me. They did not do a thing as regarded the work visa or permit of Canada we agreed. Please, Dubai government, anyone or organization help us to get our money back.
