I have been waiting contact from my case manager and today I have tried to contact them and find out thrre in liquidation. Who do I contact to try and reclaim my money .

I paid IXP Visa aka Global visa the first instalment on 27th August 2014 which is 2500 dirhams for my Canada visa application.That evening i informed one of my friends that i had paid money to ixp visa for visa application,he informed me they were scammers and asked me to read the complaint board for Ixp visa.When i read i just realised they were scammers but unfortunately i had already paid the money.The following day i called Byron who was the reloation consultant and informed him that i was not willing to continue with the application.I asked him to inform the case manager that i was not willing to continue with the application and i wanted a refund of my money.Since then i tried calling but nobody pick up my calls.I decided to go to their office to ask for a refund but they were very rude to me especially the case manager Erano and another lady who claimed to be their manager.They told me i couldn't get my money back.I am currently in Dubai can i claim my money back through Money Claim Online or what can i do to get my money back.Someone please help me if you knw what method i can use to get my money back.
