dont know where my parcel actual location

J&T already call and ask to collect parcel,but when i collect my parcel they told me that they don't know where the parcel and cant find it..such a suck and waste my time. now it over a week and i didn't received my parcel yet. my parcel location was at J&T Betong Sarawak. Please advice J&T workers to make a good service. Hope i can received my parcel ASAP. and please make a good service because it was too long to wait.
