I am an Active Employee of the Company and I am very unhappy with the benefits that the long time Associates have started to receive. I really enjoy working for the Company, but for the PTO/MTO, benefits are very unfair. I just went on Vacation and will not have pay for that week. I hope that something can be done to rectify the problem and it is a problem that needs to be looked into and solved. Again I say that I enjoy working for the Company. I know that there are many others that feel the way I do but have not come forward. I am coming forward because I have have a disabled child and when I need time off I'd like to know I can get accommodated for it.
