Respected Sir,
I have a complaint against a Lady who is a teacher in Jaipuriar School (Sanpada, Navi Mumbai).Her name is Kavita Amol Frank (Kavita Jha) She teach Hindi .How come a lady with a FIR complaint loged on her in Nerul Police Station for beating my daughter with her chapal very badly for which my daughter was hospitalised is teaching kids.
One more thing she is no having any relevant certificate of teaching such as B.Ed for teaching.This thing means anyone or u can say even a crimal can become a teacher.Being a CBSE school there might be some rule and regulations for taking teachers or it is because school get such a teacher at low salary for this they are compromising students According to law all the school have to hire a teacher with B.Ed certificate or specialist in that subject he or she is teaching.
I reuest to take action on such a school and teacher.This a request of a mother who cares for others children.
