Hi I wish I could say good day but I have not being getting good day's from the start of the year till today. My name is Cecilia Kgabo Mashiane how all this start's is with a sickness I was suffering from resulting in me taking day's off work, with a sick note of course, After January say begging February the Doctor said from what he sees he has no choice but to lay me off work as I too was struggling to carry out my primary duties he gave me a note and I took it to my work office I filled out some forms there at work specifying my unavailability to continue with my job and by the begging of March I had stopped going to work completely. And I was paid until April. As I was going to my check ups the doctor said I might be able to return to work as he saw progress and he gave me 6-12months to have my full recovery then by the end of May had been given 31/12/19 from the 08/02/19 to be fully recovered the company had already filled that I was not returning to my post any longer. I have since filled all relevant documents to the department of labour and UIF for my needed compensation returns by the end of June having started the process at the beginning of May and I was told September is the he due month for my claim but nothing has materialized all my calls fall on deaf ears please help me .
