I went to JCP store in Alamance Crossing, Burlington NC to pick up my two internet orders on Jan 24th 2018. I was informed that both orders were cancelled on Jan 23. No one knew why these orders were cancelled, including the floor Manager, since I had received two emails (one for each order) that said that I could pick my orders one not later than Jan 25 and the other not later than Jan29 (see attached copies). After waiting for approximately two hours, as they were looking on the back of the store to see if they could find the merchandise, the floor Manager came with a bag with one item of 4 that were ordered. The second order was not found. The floor Manager printed the cancellation and showed that one order was cancelled Jan 23 at 1230PM and the other was also cancelled on Jan 23 at 3:20PM. No explanation or apologies were given. The only comment I was given was that there was nothing they could do other than reorder the items if I could remember the information. I had to reorder the merchandise at the store.
Customer Satisfaction is non-existent at this store. The personnel seemed to only work there for so many hours so they could get a check. No apparent care or concern for the customer or to make the customer feel welcome or have the customer come back to the store. Appparently they are either overworked or have too many customers to care. Even though I could hardly see any employees other than at the register in front. Walked the whole store and no one on sight.
