Rude customer service

My 3 kids and I went to JC Penny’s located at Dadeland Mall, Miami, Fl on December 20, 2019 to do last minute Christmas shopping. I was buying a gift for my secret Santa at work. I found a bracelet so I headed towards the counter to pay so I asked Martha that works in the jewelry department if it was okay for me to pay where she was standing at the register. She gave me this nasty look and then said yea. As she was ringing up my item another lady walked up and asked her to see something, instead of her saying give me one moment while I finish taking care of her and I’ll be with you. She stopped taking care of me to talk to the other person, which I just stood there holding my tongue. So she helped the other person then came back to me. From the beginning her whole demeanor was off. I will not shop there anymore because she need to be taught what customer service really is. That was very rude and disrespectful.
