I went to jcpennys to replace 1 of my sons lense and was told that they will be ready within 2 weeks. 1 month has passed by.I called back and they told me that the lab still has the 1 lense my son has a very bad eyesight and he needs his glasses they keep giving me the run around something has to be done about this.

Call and find out when the manager is available and request an appointment with them to make sure they will be there at that time. It sounds like an adjustment issue with the nose pads and arms which can be easily fixed.
